2009 National Dutch Show Art and Photograph Contest

Thank you everyone who has sent in pictures and to our judges, Barb Kline, Dan Schwandt, and Rick Lehmann! The judges had a very tough time deciding on which pictures to choose as their favorites. Each judge chose their top three and then points were assigned; three for first, two for second, and one for third. The points were added together and that is how the winner was chosen. Except this year two of the pictures tied for first, so Rick Billups stepped in to break the tie. Congratulations Carolyn Hildalgo for winning the contest!
