Form for Breeder's Listing

Any current ADRC member may submit this form to be included in the breeder's listing. There is a $5.00 fee, due February 1st of each year. You may submit a listing any time of the year for the $5.00 fee, but it will expire on February 1st after receipt of your money. Please fill out the following form, then mail the $5.00 check made out ADRC to:

Upon notification from the secretary, Rick Billups, that your check has been received, your listing will be posted on the website and you will be notified by e-mail of the updated information. If you have any questions, please e-mail me or phone me at 517-543-3358.
