2008 & Prior Point System for Sweepstakes

An advantage for a Dutch exhibitor being a member of the ADRC, is being able to compete for sweepstakes awards. As an exhibitor competes he/she gains points depending on where their rabbit has placed.

• 1st place=6 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 2nd place=4 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 3rd place=3 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 4th place=2 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 5th place=1 point multiplied by the number in the class

• 1st place=12 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 2nd place=9 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 3rd place=8 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 4th place=7 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 5th place=6 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 6th place=5 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 7th place=4 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 8th place=3 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 9th place=2 points multiplied by the number in the class
• 10th place=1 point multiplied by the number in the class

These points accumulate over the year, and awards are given for the breeders with the highest standing.

The point system for the Best Of Breed standings is as follows:

• Best of Breed: two times the number in the breed
• Best Opposite Sex: one times the number in the breed (not number in opposite sex)

The point system for Rabbit of the Year Award is based on a specific ear number and owner as follows:

• Best of Breed receives two times the number in the breed
• Best Opposite of Sex receives one times the number in the breed (not number in opposite sex)
• Best in Show receives 50 bonus points
• Best in Four Class receives 25 bonus points
• Best of Breed at NDS or ARBA Convention receives 100 bonus points
• Best Opposite of Sex at NDS or ARBA Convention receives 50 bonus points
