Sweepstakes
The Show Reports are recorded as they are received from Show Secretaries. At times, information may be missing from a report form, such as an ear number, a placement, if an animal may have won BIS, etc. Every attempt is made to contact the Show Secretary to retrieve the missing information, however sometimes it is not received after our request. This may make the total number of points shown for an exhibitor or animal incorrect in the current posting. If the information is received, it is immediately added to our files, and will reflect on the next Sweepstakes update.
There are also times when we receive a correction from a Show Secretary, which may alter placements, awards, or points. This may also reflect on the next Sweepstakes update, and could result in less points for a person or animal than appeared previously.
If anyone has questions or concerns at any time, please feel free to contact Sweepstakes Chair and she will look into the situation immediately.
If you do not see your name in the sweepstakes, confirm that your ADRC membership is current.
